Tunny.LicenseManager.rhp does not load

If you are not using the correct version of Tunny for your Rhino .NET version, the RHP file fails to load.

For example, this error occurs if you launch Rhino targeting .NET Framework (dotnet48) while Tunny is installed for .NET Core (dotnet7.0).

You can select the target DotNet environment by running the SetDotNetRuntime command in Rhino.
