Tunny.LicenseManager.rhp are not loaded

If you are not using the correct version of Tunny for your Rhino dotnet version, the RHP file will fail to load.

For example, this error occurs if you launch Rhino targeting .NET Framework (dotnet48) while having Tunny installed for .NET Core (dotnet7.0).

You can select the target DotNet environment by executing the SetDotNetRuntime command in Rhino.
